How the cleaning works
We pre-rinse your plants and landscaping and cover outlets and fixtures. Then a cleaning solution goes on from the bottom up and breaks down algae, mildew and dirt.
We rinse the siding with low pressure, top to bottom, and walk the house to make sure every wall of siding looks even and clean before we pack up.
Is it time to clean your siding?
Your house will tell you. A little green creeping up the shady side, black freckles of mildew, cobwebs camped out under the eaves, or a muddy splash line along the bottom boards are all polite hints that it's bath time. You don't have to wait until the whole house looks tired. Catching it early keeps the wash quick and your siding looking new.
In the Northwest, most homes are ready every 1 to 2 years. Spring is the sweet spot for washing off winter's algae, but summer and early fall work great too.
